Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by Tuk-Tuk (a type of motorized rickshaw, a very typical vehicle in Cambodia) to the South Gate, where you can admire its impressive statues representing the churning of the ocean, the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), the Bayon temple with its 54 towers decorated with 200 smiling faces of Avalokiteshvara, the Phimeanakas, the terraces of the Leper King and the Elephants, and the Royal Enclosures. Next, visit the Ta Prohm temple, one of the most spectacular temples in the area, which has remained relatively unchanged since it was discovered and still retains much of its mystery. Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, transfer by bus to visit the most famous of all temples, Angkor Wat – Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The complex of this temple covers 81 hectares, comparable in size to the Imperial Palace of Beijing. The well-known five towers are part of the Cambodian flag. They represent the five peaks of Meru, the surrounding walls represent the mountains, and the surrounding moat symbolizes the ocean. This 12th-century masterpiece is considered by art historians as the prime example of classical Khmer architecture and art.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to a nearby village in Siem Reap, where we will board a boat to visit Tonle Sap Lake (the largest lake in Southeast Asia), which plays a very important role in the lives of Cambodians. We will see the life of the people on the lake, including their hospital, church, school, market, and more. Lunch at a local restaurant.

At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Hanoi.

Arrival at Hanoi airport where the Spanish-speaking guide will be waiting for you. Transfer to the city (1 hour) while you get your first impression of Hanoi. Free time until check-in at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will start the tour of Hanoi. Currently, Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, a unique Asian city with tree-lined avenues, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes, and oriental temples.

The tour includes a visit to the Temple of Literature, the country’s first university, founded in 1070 and considered the symbol of Hanoi. We will continue with the Museum of Ethnology, where you can admire a varied and interesting collection of Vietnamese culture.

After lunch, we will transfer to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, visiting the exterior of it from Ba Dinh Square. We will continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, built in 1049 by Emperor Ly Thai Tong, who reigned from 1028 to 1054. Built of wood on a single stone pillar, it is designed to resemble a lotus flower in honor of Buddha. Next, we will visit the Ngoc Son Temple located in the middle of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Finally, we will take a panoramic cyclo-pousse ride through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also known as the 36 Streets, as it was once known for the trades and workshops of the artisans there.

After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Halong Bay, a journey that will take approximately two and a half hours via the highway.

You will enjoy a seafood lunch on board.

Halong Bay holds secrets that few people know, and today you will discover one of these secrets through a visit to one of the most stunning and beautiful caves in the bay, where you will explore the Surprise Cave. You will enjoy some visits and/or activities (according to the itinerary of each boat), or simply relax on board as you wish. What we can assure you is the immense natural beauty that will surround you with its mysticism and legends.

Toward the end of the day, the boat anchors to spend the night among the karst formations.

You can participate in a Tai Chi class on the covered deck (at 07:00 am), which is a great morning activity to feel connected to the wonderful nature around you.

A buffet brunch is served before arriving at the shore around 11:00 am.

The boat will take you to the Halong pier, and the crew will bid farewell to the travelers. The driver will pick you up and transfer you back to Hanoi airport for the flight to Danang. Upon your arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel in Hoi An. Check in at the hotel and free time.

After breakfast, we begin the city tour of Hoi An, an important trading port in Asia during the 17th and 18th centuries, whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle have changed little in recent years. We will take a boat ride on the Thu Bon River, passing by the small villages that line the river.

Arrival at the old quarter, where we will start a walking tour through the center of the ancient town to visit Phung Hung (an old merchant house), the Japanese Covered Bridge, over 400 years old, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the ancient Tan Ky House, with traditional architecture, the silk workshop, and the Sa Huynh Culture History Museum.

Lunch at a local restaurant. The afternoon is free to enjoy the beach, stroll through the colorful market, or go shopping.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, transfer to Danang for a panoramic tour of the city, including the Linh Ung Pagoda with its beautiful view of the city and the charming coastline of the Son Tra Peninsula.

We will continue by road to Hue, the ancient Vietnamese imperial citadel, through the Hai Van Pass (Ocean of Clouds) and the picturesque Lang Co Beach.

Upon arrival, lunch at a restaurant and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Thien Mu Pagoda, a well-preserved religious monument in Hue that has become a symbol of the city. We will finish with a visit to the lively Dong Ba Market.

After breakfast, we will visit the Imperial Citadel, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993. Despite being heavily bombed, there are still well-preserved and intact sections, as well as others that are being carefully restored.

Next, we will visit the Khai Dinh Royal Tomb. We will continue to the serene Minh Mang Royal Tomb, designed to blend with its natural surroundings and built according to feng shui principles. We will then visit a small village famous for incense making before transferring to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City, more commonly known as Saigon.

Upon your arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Free time to explore Saigon on your own.

In the morning, our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel for the departure to the Cu Chi Tunnels.

Upon arrival, we will explore one of the most sophisticated man-made tunnels and extraordinary war legends with the following activities:

We will watch a documentary about the tunnels during the war.
We will walk through the jungle and visit traps, secret entrances, bunkers, and underground hideouts.
You will have the opportunity to practice shooting with an AK rifle at a local shooting range (individual supplement).
We will observe how rice paper and rice wine are made by hand.
We will enter a section of the underground tunnels and enjoy a very special and fantastic experience.
We will take a break, drinking jasmine tea and eating cassava, the main food served during the war.
Transfer back to Saigon for lunch.

Afterward, we will visit the historical monuments of Saigon.

The first stop is Notre Dame Cathedral (exterior only due to restoration) and the Central Post Office.
Next, we will pass by the Independence Palace, the seat of the Saigon government during the Vietnam War (exterior visit).
At the end of the day, we will visit the War Remnants Museum, which contains artifacts related to the Vietnam War against the Americans; this is an important site that draws the attention of tourists.
